Thinking, Eating and Moving represent three important dimensions of one’s life. They relate respectively, to the mental, biological, and physical parts of each person. For Syracuse to reach a critical mass to become all it is meant to be, more and more people need to think, eat, and move in higher level, healthier ways.

As people begin to see their world as built by opposing cosmic-natural-human ideals put into a balance, their brains get turned on.

This is because the mind is doing what it is meant to do: discerning opposing principles of life – like hard and soft, generous and thrifty, self and others, spiritual and mundane.

The more we balance things well, the more we feel vibrant and satisfied. Life becomes more interesting. We may find ourselves moving and posturing our bodies in better ways, eating healthier, living a more inspired life. As we do, our character evolves, we shine brighter. This will be accomplished as we:

  • 1. Sponsor lectures that stimulate intellectual and philosophical queries into the big questions of life.
  • 2. Create a city-wide initiative to “keep it more natural” as far as what one eats. We plan a web-based home-study course to help people learn how to appreciate the natural principles that comprise the foods we should be eating.
